As a veteran of corporate experience in both office and human resources management, Michelle has helped manage the continued expansion of True North Consultant’s three offices for the past six years. Her primary responsibilities include office administration, human resources, marketing and accounting. Additionally, she ensures True North, its employees and business partners maintain accurate and proficient standards, while also being the champion of standard operating procedures for the organization.
Michelle is a member of the executive team and participates in the development and implementation of strategic goals while also managing and implementing all companywide training. Working in conjunction with the leadership team, Michelle is instrumental in building the employee culture around the key core values of TNC: working as One Team, having Passion for People, working to Exceed Expectations and to Celebrate Success as it comes.
