Michael Brennan offers over 25 years of environmental, health and safety consulting experience servicing commercial, industrial and institutional clients. He previously served as the project administrator for a major public school system and was responsible for the coordination and management of environmental issues impacting more than 200 school facilities: lead mitigation, microbial remediation, UST/AST removal, hazardous materials assessment and hazardous waste management. Additionally, Mike served as the environmental health and safety manager for a Fortune 500 manufacturing company and managed the decommissioning of a 500,000-square-foot production facility before it was disposed to an outside investment group.

Mike is actively engaged in aspects of environmental compliance and management associated with the built environment and possesses extensive experience building forensic studies for structures impacted by water and fire-related losses.

As a founding partner of True North Consultants, Mike handles the financial aspects of the firm as well as project oversight and performance. Mike graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Health from Illinois State University. He also earned a Master of Business Administration degree from DePaul University with a concentration in Strategy, Execution and Valuation.
